03 · WHAT WE KEEP
Even first-time participants
It should be comfortable.

Small group
Instead of moving in groups of twenty at a time, we move in smaller groups where everyone can make eye contact with one another. Everyone will definitely get a chance to speak.

We don’t leave awkward silences up to the participants. The facilitator sets the pace from the initial greetings all the way through to the end.
